CAR-T Blog #1 August 12, 2026

God has blessed us with loving families and so many friends that feel like family. Many have already reached out to offer prayers and emotional support for Tim as he completes his Car-T therapy and hopefully goes into full remission. We decided to share his journey through this blog to get information out as efficiently as possible.

Tim and I will be temporarily moving to Highlands, NJ to be close to Hackensack Shore Memorial Hospital in Neptune as treatment begins. Here’s the timeline:

8/20 final mtg, labs, x-rays

8/21 Pet scan

8/22 Bungalow Day:)

8/25 pic line inserted

8/26-8/28 outpatient chemo

8/31 engineered cells infused

8/31-9/10 Tim will be in Jersey Shore Hospital in isolation, sorry no visitors allowed

9/11- 9/25 Tim gets out but needs to stay close to the hospital so back to Highlands
